Executive PT Hero Still

Get back to stairs, runs, and lifts without thinking about your knees and hips.

The stairs you take one at a time. The run you cut short. The squat you stopped doing. The hip that stiffens up after a long drive. If your knees and hips have started deciding what you can do, it’s time to find out why and build it back.

You’ve been told to rest it, brace it, or wait for surgery.

Maybe you’ve worn the brace, done the injections, or been told the only real fix is an operation. Maybe you’ve already had surgery and you still don’t trust it.

You need someone to look at the whole picture, find what’s actually loading that joint the wrong way, and make the muscles around it strong enough to protect it.

Your knees and hips rarely work alone.

Knee and hip pain often comes from how the whole leg moves: weak hips letting the knee collapse inward, stiff ankles, or a thigh that never fully recovered from an old injury. Treat only the spot that hurts and the cause stays in place.

Strength is often the missing piece. In a trial of middle-aged adults with degenerative meniscus tears, supervised exercise therapy matched arthroscopic surgery for knee function at two years, and built more thigh strength in the first three months (Kise et al., BMJ, 2016).

After ACL surgery, returning too early raises the risk of another injury. One study found reinjury risk dropped by about half for each month return to sport was delayed, up to nine months after surgery (Grindem et al., BJSM, 2016). We use objective strength testing so your return is based on numbers, not the calendar.

Find it. Fix it. Build it.

  • A two-hour evaluation. We look at how your hip, knee, and ankle work together, how you squat, step, and land, and what’s actually driving the pain.
  • Hands-on treatment from a doctor. Manual therapy, ultrasound-guided dry needling, and shockwave therapy to calm things down so you can start moving and loading again.
  • Strength you can measure. Force gauge and force plate testing show side-to-side strength differences and track your progress in numbers.
  • Rehab that turns into training. Most clinics discharge you once you can walk without pain. We keep going until you can run, lift, ski, or play again with confidence.
  • One-on-one, every visit. A private, upscale studio and your own doctor of physical therapy. Each doctor sees no more than 35 clients a week.
