Stop managing your back. Fix it.

The stiffness every morning. The flare-up after a long flight. The neck that locks up by Thursday. If you’ve been working around it for years, it’s time to find the cause and build the strength to keep it from coming back.

You’ve adjusted your whole life around it.

You skip the deadlifts. You stretch before every round of golf and still pay for it the next day. You’ve learned which chairs to avoid, how to sleep, and how to get out of the car without setting it off.

Maybe you’ve tried PT before. A few weeks of exercises, some relief, then it came right back.

You don’t need another round of the same thing. You need someone to find out why it keeps happening.

Pain relief isn’t the same as fixing the problem.

Most care for back and neck pain stops when the pain does. But years of protecting a sore back or neck leave you weaker, stiffer, and moving around the problem instead of through it. Those compensations are what set up the next flare-up.

Long days at a desk, frequent travel, and workouts built around what doesn’t hurt make it worse. The pain goes quiet, the weakness stays, and the cycle repeats.

Breaking it takes two things: finding the real source, and rebuilding the strength you lost while you were working around it.

Find it. Fix it. Build it.

  • A two-hour evaluation. Not a 20-minute check-in. We look at how you move, where you compensate, and what’s actually driving the pain.
  • Hands-on treatment from a doctor. Manual therapy, ultrasound-guided dry needling, and shockwave therapy to calm things down early, so you can start moving and loading again.
  • Strength you can measure. Force gauge and force plate testing show where you’re weak and track your progress in numbers.
  • Rehab that turns into training. Most clinics discharge you when the pain settles. That’s when we keep going, because the research says stopping there is a mistake. A review in JAMA Internal Medicine found exercise combined with education cut the risk of another back pain episode by 45%, but the protection faded once people stopped (Steffens et al., 2016). Another trial found people who trained the deep muscles along the spine after a first episode had far fewer recurrences: 30% versus 84% at one year (Hides et al., 2001). The same doctor who fixed the problem builds the strength that keeps it from coming back.
  • One-on-one, every visit. A private, upscale studio and your own doctor of physical therapy. Each doctor sees no more than 35 clients a week.
