Not All Foot Pain is Plantar Fasciitis…

In fact most of the time the plantar fascia isn’t even to blame.

The plantar fascia is supported by muscles in the foot and lower leg and is a common referral point for the pain you’re experiencing there.

In other words. If you feel pain in the plantar fascia it’s often being produced by the muscles and in order to get rid of the pain you must treat the muscles themselves.

The featured photo above is a trigger point referral pattern of the gastrocnemius, or the big calf muscle.
